Assessment and Profiling

services-00We are trained and experienced to assess prospective and current employees using in-depth psychological techniques.

We are also experienced and qualified to administer a large number of quantitative psychological instruments including – MBTI, Gallup Strengths Finder, Attachment Styles, Core Values and Attitudes, and Leadership Style.

We use psychodynamic profiling instruments in our work with both individuals and teams. When we use it with a team, we usually suggest a sharing of personal profile data with other team members. This understanding can often help improve interaction between group members, and it also helpful when exploring team dynamics.
