Perhaps that’s why the majority of FTSE 100 companies hire coaches to work with their senior executives…because it pays.

Working with an executive coach helps build increased self-awareness about one’s motives, personality, capacities and values and how these impact the organisation.

Most of our coaching is conducted face-to-face, supplemented by phone calls and emails as required. And is geared to the needs of leaders, typically directors and senior executives of private, public and third sector organisations, and partners in professional services firms.

Each situation is different and we tailor our programmes accordingly. Sometimes we recommend a client gets additional data to inform the coaching programme, such as feedback from colleagues or psychometric profiles.

We agree coaching objectives with our clients at an early stage in each assignment and contract initially for six months. Where the client’s organisation has contributed an initial briefing, this is taken into account. Achievement is reviewed periodically throughout the assignment.
